Drymen Business Hub
I was delighted to be asked to work on an exciting project, right on my doorstep that will help businesses like mine. Garden and ground care equipment specialists Fraser C Robb of Drymen were planning a new look for their showroom. Director Lorna Robb had the idea of creating a new business facility above the showroom. The idea soon attracted funding interest from Forth Valley & Lomond LEADER and Stirling Council.
The outcome was Drymen Business Hub, a new space for hot design, video conferencing, business services, rural recruitment, a conference venue and networking. This is a much needed facility for businesses in the rural area that surrounds the Hub.
Establishing Drymen Business Hub
We worked closely with Fraser C Robb Ltd. to write the funding applications, that contributed a total of £75,000 to the project. We also created a logo identity, website and marketing resource for the Hub. Above you can see the website and below the main logo.
The pictures show Drymen Business Hub in operation, in fact the first official event a Rural Tourism Conference.
Pictured below are Stephen Kerr MP (left) Lorna and Fraser Robb, with Bruce Crawford MSP (right). This was taken at the official opening of the Hub.
This is a major development for businesses in and around Drymen. The Hub will do an excellent job of helping new businesses successfully start up, as well as growing existing businesses.
