Hi, I’m Paul. Since 2010, I’ve been helping businesses and charities across Scotland grow through practical, creative marketing.
I support organisations with clear strategy and hands-on delivery, whether that’s shaping a marketing plan, building a Squarespace website, or producing photography, video and content that helps them stand out and reach the right audiences.
Over the past 15+ years, I’ve worked with many Scottish businesses, charities, and not-for-profits to help raise their profiles, increase revenue, attract funding, and connect with new audiences. Alongside my own client work, I’ve also delivered marketing support and guidance to more than 150 Scottish businesses on behalf of Business Gateway and led campaigns that have helped charities secure significant grant funding.

Before launching Paul Saunders Marketing, I spent 20 years in radio presenting, sales and management, including leading Clyde 1 back to number one as Programme Director. During that time, the station won the UK’s Music Radio Station of the Year award. That experience shaped how I work today — understanding audiences, telling strong stories and delivering creative work that gets noticed.
I’m based near Loch Lomond and work with clients throughout Scotland. Alongside my consultancy, I run a photography business and See Loch Lomond, a travel project with photography, content and visitor guides across the National Park.

Who actually carries out the marketing and creative work?
All work is led and delivered by me. I’m a marketing consultant based near Loch Lomond, and I personally handle strategy, Squarespace website design, photography, video production, social media support and PR. For larger projects, I may bring in trusted specialists, but I remain your main point of contact throughout.
How does the process work?
Every project starts with a clear conversation about your goals and what success looks like. I’ll then propose a practical plan of activity with defined outcomes and timescales. Once agreed, the work is scheduled and delivered in stages, so you always know what’s happening and when.
How much does it cost?
I charge by time rather than per service, which keeps things flexible and transparent. Before any work begins, you’ll receive a clear quote outlining what’s included. This approach works well for both one-off projects and ongoing marketing support.
Where do you work?
I’m based near Loch Lomond and work with businesses and charities across Scotland. Some projects are delivered in person, others remotely, depending on what’s most effective for the work and the client.
What size projects do you take on?
I work on projects of all sizes — from individual photoshoots or short promotional videos to full marketing strategies, campaigns, and Squarespace website design. My support is flexible, so you can use as much or as little marketing help as you need.
