Specialising in marketing strategy/support, Squarespace websites/SEO, photography & video, PR & social media.

Hi, I’m Paul — and since 2010, I’ve been helping businesses and charities across Scotland grow through practical, creative marketing.

Through my consultancy, Paul Saunders Marketing, I’ve worked with many organisations to raise their profile, increase revenue, attract funding, and reach new audiences. Whether it’s developing a clear strategy, building a new website, or producing standout content — I help people like you make things happen.

Over the last 15+ years, I’ve supported organisations to raise their profile, increase revenue, attract funding, and reach new audiences. Whether it’s creating a clear strategy, building a new website, or producing standout content — I help people like you make things happen.

Alongside a comprehensive collection of my own clients, I have on behalf of Business Gateway provided marketing support and guidances to over 150 Scottish businesses. I’ve delivered marketing campaigns that helped secure major charity grants, and I’ve designed websites, produced videos, and creaed marketing plans for local businesses, charities, tourism brands, and community groups.

Before launching Paul Saunders Marketing, I spent 20 years in radio presenting, sales and management — including leading Clyde 1, one of Scotland’s most successful radio stations, back to number one as Programme Director. During that time, we won the UK’s Music Radio Station of the Year award. My radio experience taught me how to connect with audiences, tell compelling stories, and lead creative teams — skills I now bring to my work with small and medium-sized businesses, social enterprises, and charities across Scotland.

I’m based near Loch Lomond and work throughout Scotland. Alongside my consultancy, I run a photography business and See Loch Lomond — a travel project with photography, content and visitor guides coverning all of the National Park.

You’ll find over 60 five-star reviews on Google from happy clients, and I’d like to chat to you about how I could support your next steps. If you need help getting your message across, building your visibility, or just knowing where to start — that’s what I’m here for.

FAQs: How does my Marketing Consultancy Work?

Are you considering getting help with a marketing project and wondering how it may work? The answers to these Frequently Asked Questions will help explain more about how my marketing consultancy projects in Scotland work.

How does it work?

We start with a plan of activity and agree on the desired outcomes. Due to a busy schedule, I will schedule the required time window for the work to be completed.

How much do you charge?

I charge by time rather than on a cost-per-service basis. This works out more cost effective. Before starting the work, I will provide a quote.

Where do you work?

Based in Loch Lomond, I work mainly in the Central Belt of Scotland, but I often travel further and sometimes work remotely with clients, including some that are overseas.

Who will do the work?

I complete the majority of the work myself, sometimes supplemented with additional expert help if required. I will always be your direct contact throughout.

What size of projects do you work on?

All is the quick answer, from a few headshots for a website to a significant marketing campaign. I am very flexible, providing as little or as much marketing support as required.

How do we get started?

Get in touch and let me know what you are looking to achieve and we’ll offer you a quote for the work. Terms are 50% in advance, with the balance due on completion.
