It’s been a pleasure to work once again with the team at Business Gateway Falkirk—this time to create a second series of customer testimonial videos designed to promote the valuable support available to local businesses.
Over the years, I’ve worked closely with the Falkirk team, delivering Expert Help and marketing support to many clients. So, I was delighted to be asked to produce two testimonial series highlighting the real-world impact of their services. The most recent series, completed in 2025, focused on four local businesses. Each video featured interviews with the business owner and their Business Gateway advisor, clearly showing the support offered and the positive results it helped achieve.
These short, impactful films were designed to be practical and promotional—each just 60 seconds long, captioned for accessibility, and accompanied by a snappy 20-second version tailored for social media. The series wrapped up with a compilation video introduced by Carron Smith, Principal Officer of Business Gateway Falkirk, tying everything together with a clear message of support and opportunity.
This video series shows how helpful the Business Gateway team can be. Whether access to experienced advisors, practical workshops, or tailored one-to-one guidance, a wide range of help is available through their business support services.
As always, it was great to get to know the businesses involved, hear their stories, and share their successes. Testimonials like these are the most effective way to build trust and promote your business.
