Fraser C Robb is a successful, family-run business based in Drymen, supplying domestic and commercial customers with a wide range of ground care and garden equipment — from lawnmowers and chainsaws to ride-on mowers and specialist machinery.
I’ve worked with Fraser C Robb for over a decade, providing ongoing marketing support that has effectively made me part of their extended team.
A long-term marketing partnership
My work with Fraser C Robb began shortly before their 40th anniversary and has continued through to their recent 50th anniversary celebrations.
Over the years, I’ve been involved in almost every aspect of their communications, including:
• marketing strategy and planning
• promotional and anniversary videos
• product demonstration filming
• seasonal campaigns
• website and digital content support
One of the most successful elements of this work has been video. Their YouTube channel has now passed 3.7 million views, with video content playing a key role in driving product enquiries, customer confidence and sales.

I’ve produced a wide range of video content for Fraser C Robb, including:
• product walkthroughs and demonstrations
• customer-focused explainer videos
• promotional films for key brands and ranges
• milestone storytelling, including their 50th anniversary film
These videos are used across their website, social media channels and in-store, helping customers better understand products before they buy.
Supporting Drymen Business Hub
Alongside the core business, I’ve also supported the launch and promotion of Drymen Business Hub, a facility developed by Fraser C Robb to support local enterprises and rural businesses.
My involvement included:
• helping prepare the original business plan
• securing £75,000 in grant funding to launch the project
• designing and building the Business Hub website
• providing ongoing PR, social media and video support
The Hub offers meeting rooms, desk space and event facilities, and has become a valued local resource — hosting networking events, workshops and Business Gateway start-up clinics.
