About the Audit
I've spent decades working in marketing — and for the past 16 years I've run my own consultancy, working with hundreds of Scottish businesses and organisations across tourism, hospitality, charities, food and drink, and professional services. The Marketing Performance Audit draws on that experience to give you an honest picture of where you actually are — written down, talked through, and yours to act on however you choose.
The audit is a complete, standalone piece of work. You're under no obligation to do anything further. That said, many clients find that having a clear picture of what needs doing is a natural starting point for working together — whether that's a specific project or ongoing support.
